RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing Scandi Handles for your purchase. We understand that sometimes items need to be returned, and we aim to make this process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Our returns are handled through DHL or RM, offering you a convenient and reliable return experience.

Time Frame for Returns:

Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Returns requested beyond the 30-day window may be subject to partial refunds or store credit at our discretion.

Condition of Returned Items:

Products must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Items that are damaged, altered, or used will not be eligible for a full refund.

  Contact our customer service team by email (hello@scandihandles.co.uk) to initiate a return advising of the products you wish to return along with the reason, ability to print a label and preferred drop off location.
2. Choose The Method Of Return
  We offer several return options depending on your location and whether you can print a shipping label.
  
  A) If You Are Able To Print:
  Request a Royal Mail or Evri shipping label — please specify your preferred carrier based on where you’d like to drop off your parcel.

  Once selected, we’ll email you the shipping label to print and attach to your parcel.
  
  B) If You Are Unable To Print:
  Request an Evri Print in Store shipping label.
  Find participating locations here:

  We’ll email you a QR code and passcode to present at the drop-off location, where your label will be printed for you.
  
  C) Arrange Your Own Return
  
  You can choose to return the products using your own preferred courier.
  Please include the reference R followed by your original order number (for example, RSH123456).

3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items in the original packaging, including any documentation. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
4. Drop Off or Schedule a Pickup: Drop your package off at the chosen location. You can request a collection from our customer service but this will incur a further cost to be deducted from the refund.
5. Tracking and Confirmation: You can track the return shipment using the delivery partners tracking system. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, please specify the desired item when requesting the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will prioritise the resolution of such cases, including refunds or replacements at no additional cost to you.
