Returns & Refunds

RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing Scandi Handles for your purchase. We understand that sometimes items need to be returned, and we aim to make this process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Our returns are handled through DHL, offering you a convenient and reliable return experience.

Time Frame for Returns:

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
  • Returns requested beyond the 14-day window may be subject to partial refunds or store credit at our discretion.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or used will not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team by email (hello@scandihandles.co.uk) to initiate a return advising of the products you wish to return and the reason.

  2. Choose the Type of Return: You can either use the following link to create the return shipping label DHL Drop Off Label Request, we will deduct the £7 cost from the refund or you can arrange to send the products back yourself using as a reference R followed by the original order number (For example RSH123456).
    If you choose to send the products back yourself please use the details below:-

  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items in the original packaging, including any documentation. Attach the DHL return shipping label to the outside of the package.

  4. Drop Off or Schedule a Pickup: Drop your package off at any DHL service point (You can find the nearest pick up point by clicking this link) or request a collection from our customer service. A DHL pick up will incur a further cost of approximately £20 deducted from the refund.
  5. Tracking and Confirmation: You can track the return shipment using DHL’s tracking system. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

  • For exchanges, please specify the desired item when requesting the return. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will prioritise the resolution of such cases, including refunds or replacements at no additional cost to you.
