DELIVERY TERMS

Scandi Handles uses a variety of logistic suppliers with the choice dependant on the location of the customer and the size/weight of the order. 

Upon fulfilment of the order by our warehouse team a tracking link will be sent by email along with information regarding the carrier.

If your order contains multiple products with different delivery times, we will await all items to be in stock prior to dispatching the order. We are more than happy to split the deliveries upon request by email to hello@scandihandles.co.uk.

For non UK orders please get in touch with our team on hello@scandihandles.co.uk who will be happy to assist with a quote including delivery to the desired country.

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time is based on the products you have ordered, in our webshop an approximate delivery time for each product is displayed in the description of the product.

Our standard delivery for in stock items is next working day (providing the order is made before 14:00 otherwise it is following working day). 

For products not in stock or for larger quantities not held in stock the delivery time is 3-5 working days once the order has been picked and packed at our suppliers/manufacturers.

Should in the rare occasion our supplier not have sufficient stock we would hope to deliver within 2-4 weeks.
